Guidelines:

  1. Event must be Trapping related or benefit your Trapping Organization.
  2. Events must have a Contact Person listed.
  3. The Contact Person must provide a Phone # and or an Email Address.
  4. The Contact Person's information will be posted on the Website.
  5. If you don't have a flyer made for the Event.  Please send the following:
    A) The Name of your Organization.
    B) The Date, Time and Location. The name of the location including 
         the Physical Address.
  6. Events to be posted are at the discretion of NYSTA.
